Situated on the first floor of this private sea front development. South facing gardens with private access directly onto the beach. This spacious, tastefully decorated three bed apartment, sleeps 6, with sunny balcony and sea views from all rooms.

A large lounge and dining area with comfortable seating for 6 guests. Floor to ceiling windows with sea views. A well equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and ceramic hob. Door onto small balcony with chairs and sea views.

Modern bathroom with a large shower enclosure, electric shower, plus an additional cloakroom, ideal for families.

A 5 min walk to the village with a good selection of traditional shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and surf shops.

The award winning Blue Flag beach of West Wittering is a 5 minute drive (car park charges apply) or a 40 min walk approx, with its beautiful sand dunes and beach, a popular location for all the family.

Unfortunately pets are NOT allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited. No parties or events.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
