From the owner

Our home has a southwest facing screened pool for all day sun that backs onto conservation lands for extra privacy. Optional pool heat available. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, a 46" TV, and a very large bath with a garden tub and a large walk-in shower; the 2nd large bedroom has a queen size bed with TV. Both bedrooms open to the pool deck; 2 bedrooms with 2 twins beds--1 room has a 32" TV with a PS2 system; the other has a home computer and printer with secured wireless high speed (Infinity blast speed).

Well equipped spacious kitchen for all your culinary needs.

Family room has a 55" TV and the living room allows for a relaxing quiet alternative to the family room.

Our home is self-catering. We supply all linens, bath towels, pool towels, and a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent and clothes detergent (1 load supply), and mini soap bars.

Our home has 2,000 sq feet of living space with an open and airy floor plan in a quiet - mostly permanent residential development less than 5 miles west of Disney's main entrance.

Professionally landscaped. Decorated in bright Florida colors with ceramic tile floors in living areas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria (the owner) a message.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
