IT - Casa Orefici è un meraviglioso appartamento comodissimo e silenzioso, appena ristrutturato, situato nel cuore del centro storico di Genova e vicinissimo a tutto!

Visita il mio sito CASAOREFICIGENOVA per vedere tutte le foto!!!

La casa si trova in via degli Orefici, area pedonale, nella zona più decorosa e sicura della città (anche la sera) veramente a due passi dalla Cattedrale e dall'Acquario e a tre minuti dalla Piazza De Ferrari, accanto a tre pittoresche piazzette dove potrete gustare i famosi aperitivi di Genova..... è l' ideale punto di partenza per visitare a piedi tutto il centro storico, con i suoi musei, chiese, antichi palazzi...

Partenze per le gite in battello a Portofino e Cinque Terre a cinque minuti dalla casa; spiagge facilmente raggiungibili e qualche fermata di bus per la Fiera del Mare (Salone Nautico e altre manifestazioni).

Ristorantini tipici, bar e locali caratteristici tutto intorno.

Metro, bus e taxi a due minuti a piedi, negozi di ogni genere sotto casa, due supermercati vicinissimi aperti anche la domenica.

Completamente rinnovato, ambiente molto curato e accogliente con arredi nuovi, cucina super attrezzata, può ospitare 4 persone (50 mq). Zanzariere alle finestre.

I bambini sono i benvenuti, attrezzature a disposizione su richiesta.

Composto da zona giorno con cucina super accessoriata, divano-letto, TV LCD, stereo con dockstation per I-phone... camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia davvero delizioso!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luisa (the owner) a message.

If Luisa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
