Kalkan Dream Villa

Our modernly furnished spacious villa with heated infinity pool and kids' pool is fully equipped with from all the necessary amenities to even the smallest details and it's suitable for a romantic honeymoon, for large groups or families. Get ready for a relaxing stay and pamper yourself with a great view by the private infinity pool or by the jacuzzi in the master bedroom.
The space
The photos provided on Airbnb are from 2018, and they are due to be updated in summer 2022. Between 2020 and 2022, many parts of Kalkan Dream Villa were renovated. The most major upgrades include:
- The infinity pool is reconstructed to add stairs in, and it's lowered from 1.90m depth to 1.60m. It is also a heated pool now upon request.
- New shaded area around the pool area, and outdoor seating lounge under it.
- The balcony on the middle floor is rebuilt, and new rails were custom made for the lower floor’s terrace.
- Replaced the TV with a curved 4K Samsung TV with Netflix Premium account.
- New furniture, rugs, pillows, accessories in each room.
- Automatic hot/cold water dispenser, renewed all the cutlery and added more stuff to the kitchen.
- 500 new clay pots around the garden, to emphasize the Mediterranean feeling of the villa.
- Fixes around the houses, painted all the interiors, new rain shower heads in the top 2 rooms’ bathrooms for the ultimate relaxation.
Due to the uncertain times we are passing by, we've increased the intensity of our cleaning procedures. We are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Disinfectants and Rebul colognes (80°) are provided in each floor and room.
Take a break and enjoy the good scenery in a relaxing and comfortable 400 m2 wide villa. The villa is surrounded by a huge garden and plenty of space for everyone in the household. There is no other house on top of you and there is only one neighboring villa which is mostly vacant throughout the year. Located on top of a hill, Kalkan Downtown is just 1 km away by foot or by car, whilst the sea is just 100 meters away (bird's eye view).
Every day early in the morning our gardener cleans the pool, trims the garden and leaves some fresh loaves of bread on your door.

From the floor tiles to the kitchen counters, Kalkan Dream Villa is constructed with the top quality materials and it was carefully designed in a nature-friendly way.

The kitchen is fully equipped; including toaster, oven, kettle, coffee maker, Turkish coffee maker, blender, microwave and so on. 4K Samsung curved TV, an LCD TV, Wi-Fi, Dyson vacuum cleaner, ironing machine are all provided. The tap water is safe to drink, it's fresh from the mountains. In 2020 many parts of Kalkan Dream Villa went under renovation and many improvements made, providing a fresh and a more relaxed stay than ever.

• Cleaning service is twice per week.
• The terraces and the pool are cleaned each morning.

• Every morning we deliver fresh bread for you but please let us know if you are not interested in these services or you'd like to have more of them.
Extra Services:
Daily Maid Service: For 30 GBP per day, we offer you daily maid or nanny service.
Transfer from/to the airport: We can pre-arrange the transfer.
