We welcome you to our cozy andalucian style holiday apartment within a few minutes stroll of several restaurants & bistros in Centro Plaza and Aloha. It is only a 15-minute walk to Puerto Banus and beaches on either side of Puerto Banus that goes along all the way from Marbella to San Pedro.

The property is located very close to Golf Valley with some of the best golf courses such as: Los Naranjos, La Quinta, Las Brisas, Aloha & Dame de Noche are within 5-10 minute drive.

About the apartment :

This spacious ground floor Andalucían style apartment has 2 bedrooms (one double, one twin) and 2 bathrooms, with up to 4 sleeps and a large terrasse. It is located in the fantastic La Maestranza complex in the heart of Nueva Andalucia.

Each bedroom has a large bathroom. There is a private terrasse leading from the large living area. The kitchen equipped with all the electrical appliances you may need, including washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave and toaster and etc. Air-conditioning and heating as well as ceiling fan are available separately for every room.

Local amenities:

Mercadona, a well-stocked supermarket, as well as bank and pharmacy are just outside of the complex. Only 4 min walk to Centro plaza which offers a variety of Cafes & Restaurants and the very popular Saturday market. There are also bunch of restaurants and bars in the Aloha area within 5 minutes’ walk.

Every Saturday morning, there is a very popular street market at Centro Plaza where you can pick up all sorts of bargains.

About complex:

There are 3 swimming pools, one large and one heated (enabling you to enjoy swimming all year round) and one kid’s pool. The complex is completely secure and gated with a 24 hours security. The complex has beautiful garden, seating place, sun beds, toilets and showers. Lifeguard is available from June to September.

To sum up, La Maestranza is a famous complex suited for both families and couples and is located in one of the best area of Marbella region as it is close to everything you wish. Having car is really not necessary if you choose to live here.

About Puerto Banus:

Puerto Banus is located just west of Marbella, before you reach the small town of San Pedro de Alcantara. This is the place to be pampered yacht side and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views.

Puerto Banus features a casino, commercial shopping centre, a Corte Ingles department store, marine observatory. Nightlife buzzes at Puerto Banus with your choice of alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos while during the day this is a window shopper´s dream with several of the world renowned fashions houses featured here, in addition to small, interesting shops and boutiques. There are regular boat trips available on a regular basis from the central promenade.

If Ayda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
