Very nice apartment new with terrace duplex (sleeps 6) in a detached villa in the centre of Ajaccio (Casone - cave Napoleon area). District both quiet and central, near the beaches and shops. First: kitchen (fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine), convertible lounge in room (per mobile partition) with a private bathroom (walk-in shower), 1 WC. Upstairs: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with bathroom (bathtub) with WC, 1 office. Large terrace (20 m2), a sunny, fitted (table, benches, umbrellas, plancha). Multimedia equipment: TV (plasma 43 + service FreeBox TV), DVD player, Wifi Internet access.

Bonjour, je prends effectivement note de vos remarques. Ceci dit, je trouve le ratio points positifs/points négatifs un peu sévère... Nous nous efforçons, chaque année, d'apporter les améliorations nécessaires en fonction des remarques constructives de nos locataires. Pour autant, la terrasse restera plein sud, et oui, en Corse au mois de juillet, il peut faire chaud. En général, les touristes y viennent même pour ça... Compte tenu des travaux importants que nous avons réalisés cette année pour la rendre la plus accueillante possible, je trouve la critique un peu forte. De même pour les penderies : certes, une des chambres n'en dispose pas (juste une commode), mais une est disponible à proximité de la douche du premier, vous ne l'avez pas utilisée... Nous avons, de plus, trouvé une solution qui sera appliquée rapidement, nous vous en avons fait part. Cordialement,

Why can't I call Frederic (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Frederic (the owner) a message.

If Frederic (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
