Luxury 5 Bedroom Holiday Home in the exclusive holiday resort and tranquil town of Moraira, This warm inviting family Villa has all the essential ingredients to make for a great Holiday! This immaculately presented property of 347m2 lays on a large 900m2 plot of landscaped gardens with unspoilt views and a 10m x 5m kidney shaped pool.

The 5 bedroom Villa will comfortably cater for 10 people. The Villa is finished to the highest of standards! Main entrance leads into the Upper Villa consisting of 3 bedrooms (1 Master with en-suite and corner bath, 1 double and 1 smaller with Bunk Beds). The main living area consists of modern fully fitted kitchen with feature archway leading to the dining room and lounge area with real fire leading onto open balcony - perfect for those balmy evenings or summer days. Both double bedrooms also open up onto the balcony. Main rooms are Fully Air-Conditioned and also include Heating via Radiators and electric wall heaters for out of season rentals!

From the outside balcony you can take the sweeping staircase down the the Pool area and lower level Villa.

Downstairs to the lower level there are another 2 bedrooms (1 king size bed and 2 singles), family bathroom, American style kitchen that overlooks the family room. Here you will find all the essentials to keep you entertained when you need some out of the sun time!

Pool Table, PlayStation 3, Board and Card Games, DVD Collection for those relaxing family evenings and lots of children's DVDs to keep them happy with sound system.

Newly refurbished for Winter 2022 Pool and Garden space is what really sets this Villa apart... 10x5m swimming pool, with relaxing sunbeds and chill-out areas dotted around these amazing manicured Gardens to create a superb ambience, especially in the evening when lit up - great setting for those lazy evening BBQs and drinks under the covered dining area.

    If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
