Accogliente villetta con giardino indipendente, con barbecue e tavolo per mangiare all'aperto,costituita da due nuove splendide suites (suite arancio a piano terra e suite azzurra al primo piano), immerse nella tranquillità e nel verde, ma a pochi minuti dalla località turistiche più rinomate del Lago Maggiore, lago d'Orta, Lago di Mergozzo, monti e valli dell'Ossola. La suite arancio (50 mq - fino a 6 posti letto) si trova al piano terra, con accesso al giardino dispone di camera matrimoniale indipendente (con possibilità di terzo letto), + camera indipendente con 2 letti singoli, bagno con doccia, soggiorno con cucina attrezzata (fornello a gas, frigo, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie), lavatrice. L'ampio soggiorno dispone anche di 1 divano letto matrimoniale aggiuntivo. TV Lcd 32 pollici e lettore DVD, WI-FI CON CONNESSIONE ALLA FIBRA.

Con utilizzo delle biciclette disponibili in struttura In 20 minuti di tranquilla pista ciclabile che costeggia il fiume Toce si raggiunge il lago di Mergozzo, ottimo per la balneazione.

L'accesso al giardino è consentito alla Suite Arancio (piano terra). La suite Azzurra dispone invece di 2 balconi.

    We thank you for your stay and for the advice: in truth they were days of exceptional heat because even we who live all year round have mosquito nets because Ornavasso is always very fresh. The apartments are equipped with crockery for 5 people: if we reported the inconvenience we checked immediately (we live a few meters), sometimes families move the kit from a flat to the upper one. So for the small maintenance: as at home using things may need small interventions: just say it in person as we are close and available to intervene as it should be. A cordial greeting and thanks for the report so we provide as we would have done immediately for you, without waiting for your departure.

    Buongiorno, per precisione specifichiamo che a partire dalla ristrutturazione del 2018 la villetta ha 2 appartamenti (uno al piano terra con accesso esclusivo al giardino e un appartamento al primo piano con ingresso indipendente e 2 balconi), e ogni appartamento ha 1 bagno e 2 camere indipendenti (camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale + lettino bimbo se necessario e camera indipendente con 2 letti singoli) + divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Tutti gli appartamenti hanno inoltre lavastoviglie, lavatrice e wi-fi. E' possibile prenotare tutta la casa (con i 2 appartamenti) oppure solo un appartamento. Grazie a tutti per il soggiorno è sempre un piacere accogliervi.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
