Welcome to Beach Boutique, a perfectly formed 2 bedroom cottage in Camber Sands.

Ideally situated on the quiet (and award winning) White Sands development, just 3 minutes walk from the dunes enclosing the beach, this cosy cottage doesn't skimp on modern touches.

You'll find contemporary furnishing, high tech amenities (including a state-of-the-art electric fireplace) and modern decor. You may even feel that you've stepped into a White Company catalogue!

This picture-perfect white weatherboarded cottage gives a nod to contemporary Hampton’s style with decor in cool nautical blues, whites and modern greys, stunning local images and furnished to a very high standard, this cute fishermans’ style cottage is the ideal bolt hole to help you relax and unwind.

Situated on the award winning development of White Sand in Camber Sands, with an outlook over a pretty communal garden and eating area and views of the pond, The Beach Boutique is just a few minutes stroll from the sunning golden sandy beach and walking distance - or a very short drive - to the beautiful medieval cinque port town of Rye.

The Beach Boutique is an ideal cottage for couples or a group of up to 4 friends or family (with or without a four-legged friend - who are very welcome here) wishing to explore the local area, packed with history or those wishing to enjoy having England’s finest sandy beach on your doorstep with the convenience of Rye very close by with it’s stunning array of great restaurants and inns to enjoy sampling, knowing you have a beautiful bolt-hole to retire to at the end of the day.

The Beach Boutique comprises an open plan living area on the ground floor with brand new and contemporary kitchen and living room with comfy sofa and snuggle seat, 40” wide-screen smart TV and modern electric fireplace that make for a cosy way to unwind, those who must stay in touch with back home or simply like to post their holiday snaps to make everyone at home jealous) will enjoy the use of the wifi.

The kitchen is modern and bright with everything you could need to prepare meals during your stay; oven/grill, hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), toaster, kettle, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine along with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils you will need. There is a dining table that seats up to 4 people to be able to enjoy leisurely meals and perhaps a glass of wine or two.

The downstairs also has a WC and utility room which is equipped with a washer/dryer for convenience during your stay.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is a comfortable double with cosy topper and luxury linen to ensure you sleep well, a drawer unit, bedside tables and built in wardrobe for all your holiday clothes as well as a 32″ smart TV for enjoying all your favourite programmes during your stay.

The second bedroom is furnished with 2 comfortable single beds, decked out with cosy toppers and gorgeous linen, bedside table and drawer unit for all those holiday essentials.

There is also a family bathroom upstairs with power-shower over and WC.

White company hand soaps, gorgeously soft Egyptian cotton towels and hotel quality bed linen are all provided for that little added luxury, so all that is missing is you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
