Emerald Serviced Apartment, is a modern, spacious serviced one bedroom apartment. Located in the exclusive Cozy Beach area of Pattaya. (FREE Electric, Water, WiFi & Cable TV) Plus access to swimming pool & Gym. Wonderful sea views from the balcony!

The Emerald Serviced Apartment offers guests, privacy, comfort and remarkable service, in a great location, with affordable nightly rates. This fully serviced 86 Sq/m One Bedroom Apartment is modern, spacious and well fitted out with all the modern amenities that a guest needs for a comfortable stay in Pattaya. There's a sumptuous King Size bed, a comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs both inside and outside, so you either dine with the cool of the air-con or dine Alfresco, whilst taking in the sea views and cool breeze from the balcony. Housekeeping cleans the apartment daily, the towels are changed every one/two days and the bed linen every three/four days. Free Wi-Fi and Cable TV finish the package of nicely for a perfect stay.

There's a great swimming pool on site, with a Jacuzzi. There's also a Gymnasium and Sauna. If you have driven a car, then you are in luck because there is underground parking, with plenty of spaces. The apartment in located in a great area, there is a massive choice of restaurants, bars, massage shops, convenience stores and gift shops - all within walking distance. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk away.

I offer a fully serviced apartment service. My Housekeeping service is included in the price, I change the towels every two days and the bed linen every four days (unless requested sooner). I offer airport transfers from 1,500 Baht and a free pick-up service from the bus-station and the train-station. I am available to assist with literally any query that my guests might have about Pattaya and Thailand. Customer satisfaction is my top priority!

I ask my guests to behave as they would when they are at home, the Emerald Palace Complex has a very relaxed atmosphere and everybody is friendly, I merely ask that our guests enjoy themselves, whilst respecting others at the same time. Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the Emerald Palace complex. Smoking is permitted on the apartment’s balcony (an ashtray is provided) and outside of the building and beside the swimming pool.

I will soon re-open this apartment for holiday rentals, and whilst reviewing my listing page I noticed this very negative review. I remember this guest well, but not for positive reasons. I therefore think it is appropriate to respond to the review. When Claude writes "Air Con: Barley adequate" I believe it is to cover the fact that Claude repeatedly left both Air-con units running when he want out. Every time my cleaning staff and I visited the apartment, we found both Air-con units left running. Electricity was included in the price and the bill was more than double that of any other guest that stayed. With regards to cooking, as explained on my listing page, there is a microwave, toaster and kettle in the kitchen and a purpose built electric stove on the large balcony. The mattress was only six weeks old when Claude stayed, so far from being "worn out" it was practically new. Claude made no mention of any issues with the mattress during his stay, and subsequent guests have not done so either. As for laundry service, I don't advertise that there is a washing machine in the apartment nor a laundry service in the apartment building, so maybe Claude didn't read my listing page.There is a laundry within a few minutes walk though, so it is convenient if guests need to do laundry. When Claude states "Outdated furniture and appliances" I am not sure what he means. The photos of my apartment are accurate and nothing is outdated! The apartment is modern and has great sea-views, Finally WiFi. As is sometimes the case in Pattaya the ISP had some issues that were not specific to my apartment, but the issues were resolved within 24 hours, which doesn't constitute the WiFi being extremely unreliable. I encourage all potential guests to read my listing page and message with any questions, I am always very happy to answer. Guest's satisfaction is a priority and I always respond promptly to guests during their stay!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
