This villa is located on the beach second villa of 5 other villas and 30m or steps from the beach and the best surfing spots, in Santa Teresa. Spoil yourself checking out waves and sunset directly from your bed or from the balcony.

150m2 house with 3.5 bedrooms, 2 with a queen bed, the other with a full bed ,and 1/2 room with bunk bed ,good for up to 8 people (6+2). 3 bathrooms with hot water ,4 air conditioned,4 fans, living area with TV LCD screen ,TV cable, Wi-Fi , Fully equipped kitchen and laundry machine.

Daily cleaning (Except Sunday) .

The villa S Located inside a place called Villas LDV Banana Beach Bar between Playa Carmen to playa Santa Teresa, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets are just a near to the villa .

The location of the Villa S is amazing for the surfers you're going to surf in the front of the villa.

From the master bedroom you can see the green and then the ocean. Waking up in the morning and seeing the ocean and listening to the music of the waves is amazing. The

Our family of four with two almost teenage boys and mother-in-law had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing, right on a great beach with consistent surf.

Why can't I call Vanessa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vanessa (the owner) a message.

If Vanessa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
