This stunning three bedroom penthouse is located in the very well established Los Granados Playa development - right on the beach. The penthouse features a master bedroom and two twin rooms on the first floor along with the spacious lounge/dining room and contemporary kitchen with dining alcove. Full width, sliding terrace doors lead directly from the lounge onto the terrace with spectacular views of the communal gardens and pool. There is a stylish dining area and electronic blinds for shade. The second floor is accessed via a spiral staircase from the lounge which leads directly onto the roof top terrace with your very own private swimming pool. There is plenty of space for dining, relaxing, barbecuing and sunbathing. The terrace affords amazing 360 degree views both to the mountains and the sea. There is even a shower room on the top floor with toilet and wash basin.

Upon arrival you will be met by our representative who will talk you through how everything works and provide you with information about the area. Our representative can also provide airport transfers, groceries and baby equipment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Daphne (the owner) a message.

If Daphne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
