Relax and enjoy your vacation in this large and private pool villa located only 10.5 miles to the Disney World. Close to Universal Studio and other entertainment parks around Orlando. There are also sunny beaches along the coast of Florida within an hour drive.

You will love our clean, spacious, 2000 sq/ft, fully furnished, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in the desirable community, Sandy Ridge. This home sleeps up to 10 guests with 2 master bedrooms with en suites, a double bunk and 2 twin beds.

The house is open-space designed with living and family rooms, a dining room, a full kitchen as well as a game room. The private screened-in pool area boasts an extra-large deck with a table and chairs along with a child safety fence for added security.

One of best features of this house is that it backs onto a conservation zone. We only have one neighbor, which gives you and your guests lots of privacy. The huge yard spaces around the house along with the sunshine penetrating into the pool area are great for the whole family.

Also included for your convenience is free wifi internet, a stereo with iPod connection, gaming system, Cable TVs, washer & dryer, dish washer, microwave, pool table, dart board, double stroller, travel cot, high chair and BBQ. However, we do not allow pets into our home.

Our property managers are wonderful people that live in the neighborhood, so they are always available to attend to your needs as soon as possible.

We take great pride in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay! We are fully licensed by State of Florida and County of Polk for short-term rental business for last 10+ years.

the place was okay. we stayed 1 week no neighbors on either side! love the master bedroom. kids love the pool. game room needs some upgrades though! other then that well satisfied

Why can't I call Zhong (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Zhong (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zhong (the owner) a message.

If Zhong (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
