Avalon is a luxury two level holiday home in a premier location fitted out to the highest standards, with high quality, contemporary decor and free Wi-Fi. All linen and towels are provided. A stair gate is fitted at the top of the stairs. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

The location is one of the biggest attractions for Avalon. It is tucked away in a quiet location, away from main roads, and is perfectly situated in easy walking distance of the town's beaches, restaurants and bars

The balcony, with table and chairs, leads off the open plan living room and has stunning views over Newquay Bay and up the North Cornish coast to Watergate bay and beyond towards Padstow. Please note that smoking is only permitted on the first floor balcony and in the covered parking area by the front door.

Placed in a quiet and prestigious location, it is just a 2 minute walk from Newquay's town centre, with its many restaurants, shops and amenities, making it perfect for exploring this lively town with its string of beautiful beaches, of which 8 are within walking distance. Covered parking for one car is provided, right next to the front door!

You can expect to receive a nice welcome pack. We do not believe that your first priority should be to get to the shops on arrival!

A king size bed with sea views is on the first floor. The ground floor bedroom can be configured as one super king bed, or two single beds (default), please just let the owners know your preference. A sofa bed adds additional flexibility, allowing up to 5 people to enjoy this unique property.

A downstairs laundry room contains a washer/dryer. Outside is an integrated car port.

The owners, Polly and Justin, live close by. We love interacting with our guests by phone, email, text or face to face. We have three children and have lived in Newquay for over 20 years and know all of the beaches and we also eat out regularly, so are able to make recommendations based on your preferences. We lead active lifestyles so are able to recommend any activities that will suit any group or family.

How do damage deposits work?
