From the owner

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, the front room with king-size bed and harbour views, and a twin room with two full sized single beds. The shower room has a large shower, toilet and washbasin. Washing machine and tumble dryer provided. Access to the garden, with its lawn, patio and stunning views.

The open-plan living area is on the middle floor, where seating for 7 is provided. There is a dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dining table seating up to 8. Freesat TV, Blu-Ray/DVD and internet are provided.

The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin.

The top floor has two further bedrooms. Wake up to stunning views over the harbour through the French windows in the front bedroom, with king-size bed. The nautical-themed single room is full of character.

Private parking a little way downhill from the house with space 2 family sized cars.

Looe is a busy harbour town, with a sandy beach and many restaurants and pubs. Narrow lanes and a multitude of old and listed buildings complete a traditional fishing town steeped in history. Ideal for walkers and beach goers alike.

Thank you very much for your lovely review. We are so pleased the house suited you well. Parking is available for 2 cars. The left-hand garage takes a vehicle up to 5 metres long, 2 metres high. There is non-covered space for a vehicle of at least the same length.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pat and Caroline (the owner) a message.

If Pat and Caroline (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
