Il centro di Vietri sul Mare è raggiungibile a piedi. La casa gode di ottima esposizione e luminosità ed offre, dalla sua terrazza/giardino, una splendida vista sul mare e sulla Costiera. La Casa è dotata di cucina attrezzata, di terrazza ad uso esclusivo e di box per un'auto in Garage privato.

L'appartamento, situato al primo piano di un edificio plurifamiliare, affaccia sulla strada e si compone di tre vani principali con accesso sulla terrazza/giardino con vista mare: una spaziosa camera matrimoniale, una camera soggiorno ed una cucina indipendente. La camera soggiorno può ospitare fino a tre posti letto. La casa è dotata di un bagno con finestra e con bidé/vasca/doccia.

L’appartamento non è né riscaldato ne’ climatizzato.

Casa Vacanze è localizzata a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Vietri sul Mare, comune di antica tradizione ceramica; è possibile fare shopping nelle botteghe artigiane tipiche, ma anche godere del clima mite e del bel mare della spiaggia più vicina di Marina di Vietri; inoltre, offre l'occasione di andare alla scoperta dei meravigliosi borghi della Costiera Amalfitana e di gustare gli ottimi piatti della cucina mediterranea. A Raito, a pochi minuti a piedi da Casa Vacanze, è possibile visitare il Museo della Ceramica di Villa Guariglia, fastosa residenza estiva della famiglia Guariglia che ospita una raccolta di ceramiche già formata presso il Museo Archeologico Provinciale di Salerno fin dagli anni Venti. Nella stagione invernale, è possibile visitare Salerno con le sue Luci d' Artista, importante evento per festeggiare il Natale.     How do damage deposits work?

    If Manuela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
