Beautiful, bright and spacious apartment in the center of Naples. Everything to live.

Large and bright apartment, with two bedrooms, one living room, one equipped kitchen and one bathroom.

It is well located on one of the main streets of the city, it is a good starting point to visit Naples and surrounding areas.

Ideal for families and small groups of friends.

The apartment comes complete with everything and is located in a historic building in white tuff.

The apartment is located in the historic district of Pendino, here are the Decumanos street of the old greek city, San Gregorio Armeno street, San Domenico Maggiore church, Santa Chiara church, etc..

Some of the oldest pizzerias in Naples are here (Michele is right in front of the building).

It's easy to get around both by public and by private transport.

Near the building there are bus stops for all directions, in Garibaldi square there are metro Linea 1 main stop, in Corso Garibaldi there are Circumvesuviana train station from which you can easily reach Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento, a few minutes walk and you arrive at the port where you can take ferries and hydrofoils to the islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi coast.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Manuela (the owner) a message.

If Manuela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
