Panoramic view of one of the best beaches in PR with direct access from the condo (you are on the beach!). One balcony in direct access to one of the rooms with a spectacular coastal view . It's a two bedrooms two baths, with two walking closets corner unit with panoramic ocean view. One bedroom with a queen size bed and walking closet with private bathroom and the Master bedroom with a king size bed with walking closet and private bathroom each with TV and an air conditioning unit. A small office is also included in the Master bedroom. There's also an additional twin size futon in the living room. A large TV in the living room area Kitchen is completely equipped with washing machine & drier, dishwasher, microwave, electrical appliances, cooking utensils etc...and all amenities to make you feel at home. Beach chairs, beach towels, are available Smoke detector and fire extinguisher is available for your security. If you prefer to dine out there's a variety of restaurants and fast foods at walking distance at the mall across the street from the condo. The main hotels are nearby with casinos and restaurants. A 24-hour supermarket is at walking distance 15 minutes away from condo. Transportation is easy with bus stop in front of building or if you prefer to rent a car, you have your own Parking space at no extra charge. Security guards 24 hours and private access with security key. Private internet and cable with phone for domestic calls included. Condo facilities include pools, tennis court, basketball court, picnic & Barbecue area & private access to beach with security key. The Gym facility is available for an extra fee. Mailbox is available for long term renters at no extra cost

I love Puerto Rico and Gladys’ home is beautiful. Perfect location right on the beach, easy to get to Old San Juan and other visiting spots. I’d definitely stay again!

This condo was just great, perfect location to all the tourist locations, grocery stores, very safe & very clean with everything you would need.

This rental was clean, fully equipped. Had private access to the beach and pool. I would definitely recommend and plan on staying again next summer!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gladys (the owner) a message.

If Gladys (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
