Villas Kayakoy has 2 seperate villas surrouned by rock fences for your privacy...There is a private swiming pool and olso a jakuzzi for you to chill and enjoy the tranquility and being away from the crowds.

Damage Deposit: Broken, broken, lost, etc. A deposit of 5000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance and if there is no problem, the fee is refunded at the exit of the villa.

Hello I am sorry to read your bad comment ı was in Serbia while you were accommodating in our villa.i have never met you and I vent talked to you on the phone.the person that you talked with as in my name is ‘POLAT’ is probably the travel agent. It was unpleasant to comment like this because you didn’t make your reservation from my personel contact or tripadvisor. I have no contact information of yours.ı guess there was a misunderstanding about check-in/out dates for villa 1.that was not my fault.i closed the dates that was mentioned to me for you.On the day of check out, my wife and the helper come there(thinking that you are going to leave at 10 amour check out time’ When they learned that there was a misunderstanding they called help from the travelagancy. My wifes English is not good and she couldn’t get it well and then the travel agency called a female agent.you told her that you were going to check out in the afternoon or else you wanted 2 day fee back.you were talking On the phone with the person who arranged the rental at that moment.i guess that person introduced himself as Polat and claimed that he owned the villas.I wast person that you talked on the phone.you will see we are not same person when you check all the information in our website. My English is also not good enough to talk with you on the phone.I asked this replay to translate from Turkish to English from a friend who is an English language teacher . All in all, the conversation that you wrote in the comment was not about me. I Kindly ask you to move all those comment even I don’t know you. Its disreputing our villas.you can make these bad comments to the actual site that you used for rental. I truely understand your being mod about this but plase your self into my shoes!Event thought I wasn’t related to this you blamed me. İf you ever think of coming back to Kayakoy plase make your reservation on the trip advisor and contact me directly.You will see how decant family we are.I have been renting these villas for 5 year and i haven’t had single problem like this. It was certainly not me on the phone. Under the name of our villas and my name they sed talked to you like this and showed this attitude is truely upsetting me.If I were in fethiye I would give all the help you needed. My wife went back to Kayakoy after she understood the conversation and the cleaning service was given after you left the villa. Although I never talked to you in person or had any contact information of yours at the time,ı sincerely apologize from you and your family.I want you to delete bad reviews and accusations from me. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ISMAIL POLAT (the owner) a message.

If ISMAIL POLAT (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
