From the balcon You can see the ocean, the beach, the small island, the light house and the hills all around. very close there are some restaurants wich offers fine Typical Sicilian dishes and exellent wines.

Dear Guest, I think the matter is that you expected more then You have booked. Wifi is provided with a supplement of € 25,00 for one week and have to be ordered at the same time You book the apartment and this is written in the description.....you didn't pay for this service and of course you didn't get........about applicances in the kitchen...... everything necessary were furnited....and even i told you if something is missing just call me and i bring to you, you never called me, so i guess you did not need anything. In the description is written that the apartment has not central heating....but just heater.....and that is what you found.....that heater has a power of 4 kw. that means it can warm the entire apartment up to 28 degrees, Then You say there are many more failures but You do not specify what.....and of course i can not reply to relatives things.....I hope You'll find all You wish by Your next holidayhome, but please....read carefully before to rent it many regards Alfonso

Why can't I call Alfonso (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alfonso (the owner) a message.

If Alfonso (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
