This beautiful three-storey villa overlooks the 6th green of the Arnold Palmer Signature golf course at the heart of Reunion. Its elegant 5-star décor and the stunning panoramic views onto the greens and fairways to the front and over its own large pool courtyard at back, make this villa a must to consider.

STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED.

A minimum of 4 nights is required for general dates. For Easter and Thanksgiving 7 nights and a 10 night reservation is required during Christmas or New Year and minimum of 12 nights for dates overlapping both.

Reunion is an exclusive destination resort in southwest Orlando, just 6 miles from Walt Disney World and 30 miles from Orlando International Airport. The fabulous resort is also within a half hour’s drive of Orlando’s other main attractions, Sea World and Universal Orlando, not to mention premier shopping and dining venues, sporting and musical events.

The villa provides elegant and luxurious accommodation for a maximum of ten people, in light and airy surroundings. There is a total of 3,840 sq feet on the three levels of the property, plus a courtyard area with a pool, Jacuzzi / spa, and spacious balconies on both the upper floors from which to admire the scene. The attractive furnishings provide ample seating for either relaxing or dining in splendid style and the owner’s attention to detail in the displayed wall artwork and plants all add to the cosy but chic environment of this sumptuous home.

Your stay with us will be peaceful, private and secure, and the fully equipped villa has all you might need, including cable TV in all bedrooms, a superbly fitted kitchen with large breakfast bar, a laundry area with a washer / dryer, and a large safe for your valuables. There is also complimentary high speed Internet access for guests’ use.

A first floor living room has comfortable soft couches from which to enjoy the 42” flat screen TV and sound system, and there is a formal dining area. On the third floor is a second sitting room opening onto a large balcony. This room has its own 42” flat screen TV and sound system, but you may just wish to turn your gaze outdoors and feast on the stunning sunset views over the golf course, possibly with a cocktail to hand, made in the wet bar. Perhaps later, enjoy a game of cards with your friends at the poker table.

All bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms, with a choice of a separate shower cubicle, a bath with shower, or a walk-in shower, and the master suite also has a Jacuzzi. One twin suite is on the first floor of the house; the second floor has the master suite (king bed) and a double (queen bed), and on the third floor is another twin suite (double-beds). The fifth bedroom (king bed) is above the garage and has its own sitting room and kitchen. There are 2 further restrooms on the first and third floors.

The outdoor facilities reach the same high standards as the interior, with a large pool, and Jacuzzi / spa in a dedicated courtyard furnished with sun-loungers. There is a covered summer kitchen with grill, mini-fridge and sink, plus a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.
