From the owner

Celle del Farinaio is a beautiful house, recently restored and situated only 6 km from the Etruscan town of Cortona, just 8 km from Lake Trasimeno. The property, completely fenced, is' situated on a hill (350 meters), near a small church dating originally back to Roman times and is surrounded by woods with a panoramic view over the vast and fertile Valdichiana. The church and rectory are located on the adjacent property but they are closed and unused.

Le Celle del Farinaio è uno splendido casolare recentemente restaurato e situato a soli 6 km dall'antica città etrusca di Cortona e a soli 8 km dal Lago Trasimeno. La proprietà, totalmente recintata, è' situata in posizione collinare (circa 350 mt), nei pressi di una piccola chiesa risalente, in origine, all'epoca romana ed è circondata da boschi con una vista molto panoramica sulla vasta e fertile Valdichiana. La chiesetta e relativa canonica sono situate nella proprietà adiacente ma sono chiuse ed inutilizzate.

La villa Le Celle del Farinaio è situata in una bella zona collinare che domina la vallata sottostante e immersa nel verde dei boschi di proprietà dove si snodano numerosi sentieri per passeggiate più o meno impegnative. La villa è totalmente recintata per dare sicurezza agli ospiti e a i loro amici a quattro zampe.
La piscina a uso esclusivo degli ospiti della villa.
È aperta e in funzione da Giugno a Ottobre ,misura di 9,50x4 e ha una profondità costante di mt 1,50 l'ingresso in acqua è facilitato da una scala romana.
La piscina è situata poco più in alto della villa in una posizione dominante sulla vallata e dispone di dondolo amaca,di sdraie, ombrelloni, di doccia solare inserita in un contesto naturalistico particolare di una casetta spogliatoio
Alberi e querce secolari creano zone d'ombra e fresche per rilassarsi nella collina toscana e fiori cespugli e un laghetto con pesci rane e ninfee creano luoghi di assoluta tranquillità e rilassatezza.
Il giardino è molto curato con limoni, vasi fioriti, muretti a secco e rifinito da aree relax,panchine, sdraio dove poter gustare giornate di quiete. La proprietà è situata in una posizione tale da poter organizzare gite e giornate verso le più importanti località turistiche della Toscana e dell'Umbria.
