Many Villas suffer from lack of adequate ventilation resulting in damp - over the winter we have had all the under build piping renewed, new vents installed and the entire interior of the Villa repainted to look as good as new. These continual Annual Investments are ones which very few owners undertake and is what our guests, many of whom return each year, tell us sets the Villa apart.

POOL FULL THREE YEAR SERVICE: - the pool is drained, acid washed, regrouted, tiles cleaned and any missing tiles replaced, sand filters, pumps and skimmers replaced and the coronation (rim) blasted with the latest super pressure equipment, then the pool is refilled. The result is a stunning good as new pool.
NEW TV PACKAGES: We have upgraded to Fibre Optic 300MB Broadband and had the latest package of UK, US and Spanish channels installed - this includes any and every UK Sports match live and the latest Movies!

NEW RESERVE WATER TANK: During 2018's summer high season in the water company Galasa cut off the water to the whole town for up to 8 hours a day. We invested a four-figure sum to have a Reserve Water Tank installed to the side of the villa - conveniently out of sight this tanks holds 1000 litres of water and is fully plumbed into the villa - so at any time water is cut to the village the water tank's pumps kick in and switches the water supply to the reserve tank.We are one of only 5 Villas on the Noravel exclusive development to have made this investment.
POOL PATIO REFRESH & REGROUT: We noticed that understandably after a number of years that many of the non-slip tiles around the swimming pool had lost their grout and what grout was left was crumbling and discoloured - and so we have had the entire pool patio regrouted and cleaned during January 2019
All rejas removed, stripped, treated and repainted
New 8 kilo Daewoo Washing Machine bought in March 2019 and new integral Candy dishwasher installed in 2018
This is an ideal holiday destination for families, golfers, cyclists and divers - San Juan is a beautiful typical Spanish town with one of the best sand beaches on the Costa Almeria, for golfers there are three Championship Courses within easy reach - Almeria's rugged coastline offers stunning route for cyclists and this year the town has seen the opening of a new dive centre. There are ample beautiful coves with sand beaches either side of San Juan.
An open plan lounge with dining area leads onto the garden patio area and large titled terrace surrounding the pool at the rear of the property. The modern well equipped kitchen is fitted with an electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
One good size twin bedded room is located on the ground floor looking onto the pool area. A shower room with hand basin & w.c. is situated next to the bedroom. The sofa bed in the lounge accommodates an additional guest
A winding marble staircase leads from the lounge to the first floor level where 2 more bedrooms (l king and 1 twin) can be found. The main bedroom has patio doors with a balcony and pleasant sea and mountain views. A second bathroom with shower is adjacent to both bedrooms.

PRICES: Our prices include everything except electricity. The meter is read on arrival and on departure. Electricity is then charged at 37 cents per kilowatt used. We also charge a £250 Damages Deposit.
