Apartment is on the first floor and set within the lovely `Triumph Holiday Village’ complex, this looks the best in the area, fully gated and fenced with a lovely garden all around it, two pools, trampoline, table tennis, indoor and out childrens play areas, first class restaurant and bar, wi-fi and Internet cafe payable on site, free sun beds and off road parking, sauna/steam room, massage.

Apartment details :

Bedroom:- triple wardrobe with centre mirror, king size plus bed with side tables and lamps, laminated floor, air/con and ceiling fan, blackout curtains with voile, door onto balcony.

Kitchen:- ‘L’ shaped with everything, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, coffee machine,washing machine, extractor fan, tiled floor.

Bathroom:- fully tiled with floor/wall units, bath with over shower, extractor fan, sink with mirror, toilet, various holders, robe hooks, ceiling spot lights.

Lounge:- table and four chairs, coffee table, three seater sofa bed with matching chair, hi-fi unit with cable tv, english channels plus others, tiled floor, air/con with ceiling fan, side window and balcony, most only have balcony, two doors leading onto balcony, a full hd 42 inch tv mounted on the wall for 2013.

Hall:- wall coat hooks with floor unit, tiled floor, intercom.

Balcony:- 8.2 sq mtrs, four chairs and table, private and not joined, one side rail and front, south west facing.

The apartment is just 150 mtrs from beach and marina with its up-market shops and restaurants, water taxi to nesseber.

A shuttle bus from the gate will take you to the two water parks and sunny beach, a short walk to the new church and open air theatre, the same to the town centre, forest to the rear, hott and cold fast food on the beach with bar.

After holiday please empty all rubbish into bins outside gate, and make sure `all` electric is turned off including fridge/freezer and bathroom boiler and return key to office.

We can arrange a Taxi to take you to the Complex from Airport and Return after your Holiday, if you do this yourself Always ask the Price before getting in as some will Rip you off. You can ask us anything like places to see and things to do. The place is Cleaned both inside and out with Windows. Towels and Bedding supplied but only for use in Apartment not outside please. Free Electric and Water. The Apartment is Fully Checked before and after each rental. The key is picked up at The Office after your details are given and payment made in euros in cash. Since 2007 we have never had any issues from our Renters.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gordon (the owner) a message.

If Gordon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
