Villa is a country confortable house, located on a full sunny hill, east-south-west position.

Property is on 4000 mq ground, about gardens, horticoltural, fruit trees, parkings and swimming pool area.

With its 2 apartments on 2 different levels it's possible to rent for 4 people the little one, or 8/10 the larger one:

each one with their private outdoor spaces, but of course, it's ideal for a same family or friends group, 10/15 people to rent it at all, apartments are connected by indoor stairs.

My guests enjoy their summer holidays between the confortable and amusing pool,12mt x 6mt, 1,45 mt deep, their trips to Rome and lots of natural beautys in the surroundings; woods, lakes, hot springs, lovely beaches of the nearby seaside line, 18 km from the house and historical and archeologycal etruscan-roman sites.

    How do damage deposits work?
