ELEA is located at Makris Tichos, one of the most beautiful areas of Chania, only 4km far from the town. The first characteristics that gain visitors are the tasty decoration and the feeling of homely care. The four most beautiful beaches of Chania are only 400m away. Except for the beaches, there is a beautiful swimming pool that can cool guests during hot summer days.

When getting in this house you see a bedroom with lively colored walls and next to it a big kitchen-sitting room with a stone wall and a fireplace. In this room there are two sofas and a dining table with chairs where the visitors can enjoy their meals and drinks. Next to it, there is a bathroom with beautiful tiles and bathtub. The stairs lead to the first floor where there are two more bedrooms. On the first floor there is another bathroom with bathtub. A big balcony can offer a beautiful view to the swimming pool and the olive trees. Around the house there is a big yard with an oven, a grill and sofas with chairs under the olive trees.

In the area there are two big super-markets and several restaurants (300m). There is well-organized transportation to the town (every 10 minutes) and the bus stop is only 300m away. We have created a peaceful place for relaxation and calmness and we are waiting for you. It's a home away from home.

Note: Elea is the translation of the english word olive tree in greek language.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
