A big and charming apartment with 5 bedrooms, very well situated in Santos o Velho quartier, the so called Design District, at 15mn. walking distance from Chiado and Bairro Alto, the heart of Old Lisbon, and also 15mn. walking distance from the 2 main train stations to Estoril and Cascais coast and Sintra city, and also to subway.

Completely equiped, very well and cosy decorated, with ecological heating (fireplace with eco pelets) and electrical heaters at all the rooms, it's a first floor, very easy to go up, with 2 main entrances in the building.From the other street, as it goes from front to back street, it's a different level, to go down stairs to enter in the apartment. It makes an easier way to people that have difficulties to move.

Anyway, it's very easy to go up, because it's only 1 floor up.

the building is in a very quiet and residential place, near by the embassies quartier, and at 50mts. from french embassy.

All the facilities aside, near by all the main historical places to visit in Lisbon.

For the night life lovers, it's also ideal, as it is at 10/15 mn. walking distance from the new fashionable and thrilling night life areas, at Cais do Sodré and Docas, aside of the river.

The apartment has also a nice living room, with a dining table for 10 to 12 persons, as well as a kitchen prepared for all the domestic activities.

it has also wireless internet, cable tv, fix phone and electric heating or cooler in all rooms.

The type of holiday is a city holiday, or a mix with beach staying or/with cultural sites. The train station to the nearest beaches is at 600 mts from the apartment, and at 10 mn. by train till the nearest beach, at 2 km. After that, there is all the others at Estoril and Cascais coast, or at Caparica coast, at the other side of the river.

Lisbon has several coast areas with beaches, at from 2 km till 30km.

There is also the new "city beach", at Ribeira das Naus, aside of the river, garden, esplanades, at 15 mn.walking from the apartment.

In this area you can make very nice walks, bike ridings, rickshaws, etc, or boat sailing in the river.

How do damage deposits work?

If Maria cristina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
