Victorian terraced Villa - 3 bedrooms – 2 minutes seafront, 5 minutes town, pubs, restaurants, railway station.

This is our holiday home so equipped as a home from home with puzzles, games, dvds and over equipped kitchen! Linen and towels are provided.

2 double bedrooms, 1 single room (only suitable for kids or teenagers as no wardrobe or cupboards in this small room).

Ideal for families – NOT available for Hen or Stag dos!

Large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, range cooker.

I bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle, wc, handbasin.

2tvs – two freeview.

Enclosed walled garden. Centrally heated.

However we offer free parking for one car off road opposite. I hour parking outside on wide road so unloading not a problem.

I am very sorry that you felt you had to send such a negative review. My caretaker said you left the house in a blitz, leaving possessions behind, which she kindly agreed to post on to you. I am therefore surprised that you do not feel kindly towards reimbursing her husband for taking your rubbish to the tip, as she has willingly gone to the post office and made phone calls to your husband at no extra charge. I think this speaks for itself! My caretaker also told me that all your issues were dealt with immediately and our bedding is not matching but coordinating sets, in 100% cotton. The BBQ is rarely used and rusted in the first year. It will be removed. The garden is very child friendly as the high walls keep children safe. No grass but beach 5 minutes walk away. Our charges are average for the area. Two car parking permits for no extra charge. No charge for cots. If your intention is to stop others enjoying our well equipped house then you will have probably succeeded. Thank you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carole (the owner) a message.

If Carole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
