Zora is one of six flats at Villa Caterina. This beautiful villa is situated atop a hill just eight hundred metres from the sandy beaches of Cefalù. Because of its grand tower and all of the accompanying details, it is possible to say that Villa Caterina is unique in all Cefalù. The villa is surrounded by a pleasant private garden. In one direction there is a breathtaking view of the sea. In another there is an amazing view of La Rocca, Cefalù's defining feature. The garden is a perfect place to relax during the day and to enjoy dinners in the evening. It is a wonderful place for children as well, as they are safe and secure within the villa's enclosed walls. In the surrounding neighborhood are many authentic Sicilian restaurants, pubs, and shops. The Old Town, barely six hundred metres away, is easily reachable by foot.

The Zora flat is comprised of a bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower cabin, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with TV, a balcony with view of the sea and a private terrace with view of the Rocca.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Valerio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
