Looking for a vacation spot that has it all? You have found it right here!! This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on beautiful Fort Meyers Beach. The condo is in the Estero Beach and Tennis Club complex on the south end of the island, otherwise known as the “quiet” end. Fort Myers Beach was voted one of the top 10 safest beaches in the world on Travel Channel. It is a white sand beach and a beachcombers delight if you looking for seashells. The complex also includes a heated pool, the best tennis courts on the island, shuffle board and BBQ grills that are all for your use as our guest. There is parking on the complex.

Across the street is the Santini Plaza and marina. There are shops and restaurants across the street and with the marina right there you have access to sightseeing tours and fishing trips within walking distance. Also within walking distance is a golf course. In the middle of the island you can rent mopeds and bikes. A short walk down the beach will bring you to parasailing and Jet Ski rentals. Take the trolley for only 50 cents and ride down to the north end of the island and go out on the pier and enjoy Times Square. After spending the day on the very busy end of the island, take the trolley back to you peaceful and quiet getaway.

The condo is set up for families with children of all ages with books, movies, games, sand toys and noodles for the pool. There is a king bed and queen size sofa sleeper with an accordion door that can be pulled shut to make this 2 bedrooms. It is also perfect for that romantic holiday as it is very quiet and relaxing and the private balcony is also perfect for a glass of wine while watching the sunset. We even had a wedding proposal take place on the balcony this year and she said yes!!

The condo is beautifully decorated and we keep everything updated for your enjoyment. The kitchen is completely furnished with stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils, dishes, pots/pans, blender, toaster, etc. Linens are provided. There is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. We have a new queen size pull out sleeper and recliner in the living area. There is a table and chairs on the balcony so you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony and a kitchen table with 4 chairs in the kitchen. We have a new 32 inch TV with blue ray player with movies for all ages. Books, games and beach toys are supplied also. There are also beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrella for your use. We now have just added High-Speed Internet that you can access directly in the condo!

You never have to worry about boredom! There is parasailing, fishing, jet skiing, dolphin tours, sightseeing tours, day trips to the Keys, casino boats, lots of shopping and golf across the street. Tennis is available right on the grounds along with shuffleboard and grills to have a picnic outside. The pool is heated so it feels like bath water. Bikes and mopeds can be rented right on the island or take a trolley ride to the north end of the island to the pier and Times Square. Plus the beach is right outside your door!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cory (the owner) a message.

If Cory (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
