A stay at 115 brings puts you at the heart of the very best of Normandy; from walking to the charming port of Port en Bessin and enjoying its restaurants and views through to a drive into the beautiful medieval town of Bayeux with its shops, eateries, cathedral and UNESCO recognised Bayeux Tapestry. Add to that our location close to the key D-Day 1944 'must sees' with the haunting Omaha beach and fantastic Mulberry Harbour at Arromanches just a few minutes drive away.

We are so perfectly placed for all there is to see and do yet 115 is also a home from home; a place to relax, slow down for a while and just enjoy the Bessin countryside, Norman food and wine and time away from it all. And it's so easy to get there; just 1 hour from Cherbourg, 45 minutes from Ouistreham with both serviced by Brittany Ferries who offer our guests a fantastic 5% to 15% discount on crossings.

All of this led us to 115 and we would love to share this wonderful place with us on your holiday.

Located on the prestigious Golf Omaha complex, we have a prime south-west facing location; a proper sun-trap with open views to the golf course and Bessin countryside yet so very close to the local amenities and all that the wider Normandy has to offer.

Light, airy and tastefully decorated throughout, 115 is furnished with luxury and relaxation in mind. Sleeping up to 5 it has one double bedded room and one room with a single and bunk beds. With a family bathroom, downstairs toilet and heated towel rail we also provide all towels and linen in the price .... except for the beach towels you will need to enjoy one of the three on site pools.

The site includes 2 large outdoor heated pools (open peak season) and an indoor pool and sauna (open April to mid November). In addition, you have access to the outdoors childrens play area as well as an indoor soft play area, pool table and Play-Stations. We have also provided a range of outdoor sports equipment in our outside storage area.

We provide everything for you to enjoy your time at 115 from outside table, chairs and sun loungers through to DVD player, a range of English language DVDs, books and Bose Bluetooth speaker.

Really little ones are very welcome too; though 115 has a stair-gate, you'll need to bring your own cot, high-chair and all the other gear as we know from experience you'll want to bring your own!

Our rules are few in number; in the interests of all our guests very strictly no pets, no smoking and all male groups by prior agreement only.

115 is our home from home and we aim to leave it as we would expect to find it. Unlike many properties in the area all linen and towels are provided and the house is serviced by Joe and Vicky, an excellent English team who have settled in France. They are also there for the very occasional and unexpected hiccups. Full details of how to find them are in 115.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lynda and David (the owner) a message.

If Lynda and David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
