Escape to the countryside and enjoy all the facilities at our gites. Swimming pool is a must the play area, all the games and activities onsite will keep all the family occupied without needing to leave.

The Deux Servres region of France enjoys the most sunny days after the south of France and is perfect for biking, walks, visiting the local lakes and unspoilt villages or just relaxing here around our large swimming pool.

The Complex has over 2 acres of landscaped gardens with different areas for activities or just chilling out and taking in those sun rays.

Our accommodation and many facilities are suitable for everyone, active, sedate, less ambulant or wheel chaired. Also children can play safely within our complex while you enjoying a little peace and quiet.

During the current health crisis it has been necessary to put in place some changes to our service to ensure that all our guests stay fit and healthy whilst still being able to relax and enjoy their stay at ASpace Gites. Rest assured that we will be following all the government health and cleaning guidelines.

YOUR ARRIVAL

· On arrival your hosts maybe wearing masks and gloves. Please ensure that you maintain the recommended social distance of 2m

· You will be shown to your gite but your host will not enter with you. We ask that you check your accommodation and confirm that everything is OK

· Your key will be in the door and will have been disinfected

· One person from you party will be given a tour of the site and the facilities

YOUR GITE

· Your gite will have been cleaned and all hard surfaces will have been disinfected before your arrival

· Hand wash soap is provided for your use during your stay. Please wash your hands frequently.

· Disinfectant is provided for use during your stay. Please use only the designated cloth.

SHARED SPACES - POOL, GAMES AREAS

· All shared use areas will be disinfected at the end of each day

· Please wash your hands before entering any of the shared spaces

· Please respect the 2m social distancing with other guests

· Please disinfect all items you may have touched or used with the product provided eg

· Please bag ALL your rubbish including disposable masks and gloves in bags and place the bags in the bin.

We have now attended to the bathroom socket and drawer front which were very minor things but it makes it much easier when people point any problems out unfortunately these were not mentioned during your visit. As for the mattress which is not very old, its very difficult to please all people some like soft some very firm mattresses so we went for something in the middle. There is always a toilet roll , soap, wash liquid etc on arrival for people to use before getting their own supplies. It is standard practice for most people to turn their heating off during the night. We are looking at adding a supplement if people would like the heating on 24/7 Kind Regards Rose & Neil

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rose and Neil (the owner) a message.

If Rose and Neil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
