Pie Pasquie is a 16th century manoir, formerly a presbytery, set within 6 acres - perfect for a family looking for peace and quiet. The property is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Vares just north of Tonneins on the banks of the river Garonne (accessible by Bordeaux and Bergerac airports) in the heart of the French countryside, the area is known as a paradise for fishing enthusiasts. Vares offers a local store (selling bread and newspapers), a convenience store and a bar. Tonneins hosts a large selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and weekly markets.

Pie Pasquie has huge grounds and a fenced and gated garden and pool area for safety....plenty of space for football, cricket and any other games you can think of.

Tastefully refurbished yet retaining a number of its original features including the original stone staircase, oak beams and pigeonnier tower, Pie Pasquie has been lovingly brought into the 21st century with a fitted kitchen complete with all integrated appliances including oven, hob, microwave, large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, dishwasher and washing machine. The ground floor is open-plan with a wood burning stove which complements the underfloor heating, you'll also find a large dining table. The living area has UK Freeview TV, DVD/CD and internet access. There is also a downstairs WC.
