Thank you for your review of your stay at Ocean Reef 3 B 1. I am happy to let you know that the owners of this condo work diligently to keep it maintained and up to date. Last year all of the mattresses were replaced as well as a recliner in the living room, a new stereo was added, and beach-front windows were replaced. They plan to replace the flooring throughout the condo in 2013 so I'm certain you won't be disappointed when you arrive for your next stay. Once again, we had a wonderful time at Emerald Isle at Ocean Reef 3B1. We are close to most of the restaurants that we frequent, and the beach is always quiet and open.
