CHARMING, CONVENIENTLY LOCATED STUDIO APARTMENT in downtown Santa Fe. If you browse other websites, you will see I have mostly 5-star reviews, and am the oldest listing in Santa Fe on a popular site.Neutered pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis! The apartment is seven-tenths of a mile to the Plaza and close to shopping, galleries, restaurants, highways north and south, DeVargas Mall. It is off the street where the building and your vehicle are not visible from the street. Half of a duplex in an adobe built in 1908. Combination living/bedroom and with a queen bed and an Ethan Allen sofa bed. Separate tile bath and kitchen with modern washer and dryer. Lots of parking. Huge back yard you can use for your dogs. Our famous dog park is one mile away. Front and back porch. Wood and tile floors and gas baseboard heat. Many Santa Fe style touches like nichos, fixtures, skylights, front portal. If you see the time you want already booked, please contact me anyway; I refer people to many other good places to stay. Under the refund policy, it says no refunds after 60 days prior to the rental period. However, if I replace your booking with another of an equal or higher amount, I will refund all your money or the portion of time that is replaced. You will not find this quality for the price at another rental. Se habla espanol, si parla italiano!

Why can't I call Janet (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Janet (the owner) a message.

If Janet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
