Comfortable 3 1/2 room holiday apartment in Chalet in the Swiss mountains in the Bernese Oberland.

Well equipped kitchen, big living room, 2 closed bedrooms one with double bed and one with a bunkbed and single bed and an extra bed or cot can be set up upon request.

Bathroom with bathtub/shower, handbasin and toilet. Separate toilet with handbasin. Balcony with beautiful view.

Washingmachine and dryer available. Bedlinen and towels provided.

TV, DVD-player, CD player, radio, electric iron

Suited for family with children, pets allowed upon request.

Allocated parking in undercover carpark.

Beautiful and calm location, view of mountain range.

From Berne or Lucerne direction Interlaken until exit Unterseen/ Beatenberg/Habkern. then direction Beatenberg/Habkern. In Habkern drive to end of village. Directly before Sporthotel turn right.

The "settlement" im Zãundli lies just to the left. House B is just on the right from the little carpark.

Excellent stay, beautiful location!

We stayed for 5 nights. Location is great. Apartment is well equipped. The housekeeper was very helpful. Edith was prompt in replying to all our questions. I recommend the place very highly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Edith (the owner) a message.

If Edith (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
