Upon entering this stylish open-concept penthouse condo you will be met by jaw-dropping ocean views. This premier condo sits directly on the front of the complex, & offers unobstructed panoramic views. The open-plan living space is flooded with light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. This beautifully decorated condo is the developer's pride and joy and has been lovingly decorated with stunning artwork and furnishings and is decorated in a Balinese theme. Our complex is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, and is a sight to behold with marble and travertine throughout, including out to the spacious balcony. It truly is right out of a magazine. With its double sized balcony & private fully-furnished rooftop, you will bask in luxury, privacy and space. The design of this condo will evoke the feeling of floating right over the ocean!

Kitchen / Dining Area

Our fully-equipped kitchen enjoys granite counter tops, travertine marble floors, breakfast bar with stools, stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove & oven), & full dishware. Even while you make a snack you will enjoy the ocean views! Walmart is a few blocks away on foot to stock your condo. Or let us stock your condo with groceries while you sip a margarita by the pool. (A very reasonable fee + cost of groceries will apply.)

The dining area enjoys a large round glass-top dining table and elegant seating for 6 guests.

Living Area

Beautifully decorated and bright and spacious with plenty of light. Enjoy lounging on the large cozy couch or over-sized chairs while enjoying unobstructed views of the ocean. Watch Cozumel Island light up at night while you feel the soft breeze in the air and hear the ocean waves lapping at the shore. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV plus DVD player.

Balcony/Private Rooftop

The large wrap around balcony is fully furnished with chairs, dining tables and loungers where you can lounge the day away, or dine alfresco. Sip your coffee while the tangerine sun rises over the ocean. Take the stairs up to your private rooftop equipped with travertine flooring, a hammock, dining table, chairs and loungers. There is also a sitting area with new outdoor furniture surrounded by tropical plants. It is the ideal spot to dine, relax, play cards, and hang out while you watch the sunrise and sunset. You won't believe this tranquil space that is all yours!

Pool/Beach

The refreshing infinity pool overlooks the ocean and enjoys a jetted whirlpool section. A guest highlight is the private beach loungers & umbrellas that are set up on the beach daily. (This is only for guests of Luna.) We offer dedicated beach service including delivery of food and beverages from local beach clubs right to your lounger. (Cost of food/drinks & tip extra.) Or feel free to bring your own stocked cooler. No lounge chair wars here! There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

The charming boutique complex has just 24 units making for more of an intimate vacation. You will enjoy the eye-catching sculptures, artwork, flowing fountain and stunning tropical landscaping. Your own tropical oasis.

We are exceptionally well-located. Walk out the door and you are steps to fun 5th Avenue, beach bars, water sports, restaurants, beach massage, shopping and more. No need to rent a car as Playa is a walking town. Spend a day visiting eco-water parks (Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor etc), ancient Mayan Ruins, zip-lining over the jungle, scuba diving, snorkeling or visiting colonial towns! So much to enjoy in the jewel of the Riviera Maya. (We can assist you with day tours.)

We are happy to arrange your private round trip airport transportation for up to a group of 8 guests + luggage right to your condo door for a very reasonable rate! Playa is approximately 45 mins from Cancun.

Every rentor is advised that January is music festival month in Playa - not at Luna Encantada -- all over town. We sincerely apologize that the internet was inoperable in your condo - if I had been notified of the problem I could have provided you with access to another network. We have replaced all of our modems and have worked closely with our service provider to ensure the best quality wifi possible. You really should try us again - we are beautiful and superbly well located and our units are large and comfortable. Unfortunately, we cannot control the music of neighbors.

How do damage deposits work?

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
