Welcome to central Florida at it’s finest. Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly decorated pool home is waiting to accommodate all of your vacation needs. Located just 10 minutes from Disney attractions, you can experience it all—the excitement of one of the world’s most fascinating vacation destinations within the comfort of your own private pool home.

Our light and spacious home features 3 bedrooms; 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds. Along with the two roll away beds you have the option of accommodating up to 8 persons.

Our fully equipped kitchen provides the ability to prepare a gourmet meal, or merely take some snacks poolside and enjoy the serenity of your screen enclosed pool and lanai. Should you opt for a more formal dinner, we have a lovely formal dining area. The eat in kitchen with dinette set, allows you to have a more casual setting.

For your video enjoyment your home away from home comes equipped with streaming live tv in the living room and master suite as well as dvd and vcr players. For the young and young at heart there is a game cube, board games, puzzles and a collection of books and tapes. To accommodate younger guests, we supply at no extra charge a pack-n-play,

high chair and double stroller.

The pool area has areas for dining, relaxation and recreation. There are 2 chaise lounges, numerous pool toys and rafts as well as comfy patio furniture.

A washer and dryer are located off the kitchen for your convenience.

The 2 bathrooms feature a tub and shower in the secondary bath and a garden shower in the master suite with direct access to the pool area.

This lovely villa is located in the sought after golf community of ESPRIT; quiet yet close to theme parks, shopping, attractions and just 2 minutes from the new 24 Hour WalMart Supercenter.

A large community pool as well as basketball and tennis courts are available to use during your stay as well as a 9 hole golf course that winds itself through the community and charges a nominal greens fee (carts also available).

For boating and fishing enthusiasts, Espirit is located adjacent to Lake Davenport, a 400 acre lake that allows you to experience another aspect of this versatile community.

Whatever type of holiday you desire,

fast-paced and exciting, quiet and serene or somewhere in between, the possibilities are endless and available here for you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send James (the owner) a message.

If James (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
