Casa Madeira is near golf courses and within walking distance of the charming village of Carvoeiro with its beautiful blue flag beaches, bars and restaurants. The contemporary villa has a private lawned garden with a beautiful decked pool, BBQ and sun terrace with 8 sun loungers to relax and soak up the sunshine. There is an upper drinks terrace with an outdoor fireplace, a great place to enjoy spectacular sunsets. The villa is very spacious and has a state of the art kitchen. The four individual bedroom suites each has it's own luxury bathroom (3 ensuite, 1 adjacent) and furnished terrace or patio perfect for when you may want a little privacy. The villa is ideal for large families, groups of friends or those seeking a romantic getaway. It is fully air conditioned and has underfloor/thermaskirt heating throughout.

We kindly ask guests not to smoke in the villa itself but do provide lots of facilities on the private patios, terraces and all outdoor areas.

For those looking to travel light, please note there is a hairdryer in each of the four bedrooms. We also provide a freshly laundered pool towel for each of our guests saving valuable luggage space.

Completed to a high specification in 2012, Casa Madeira is an award winning architect designed villa which offers year round luxury and comfort to guests. It has quality appliances, furnishings and linen throughout. Accommodation is arranged over two floors and communal areas are open plan. The main living area overlooks the pool and has a flat screen T.V. and comfortable leather suites. Wi-Fi and Satellite T.V. is available and there is a CD/DVD Player and iPod dock. There is also a chaise for relaxing and a formal dining area which seats 8 people. For those who enjoy cooking and entertaining, there is a dedicated wine fridge and state of the art kitchen with coffee machine and a granite island with hob. The island features a breakfast bar with gas lift stools for informal dining. The family BBQ is close by and situated near the pool and next to the alfresco dining area. Downstairs also has a separate laundry room with brand new appliances including a bosch steam generator iron. Beds are high quality hotel grade superking size with memory foam mattresses - similar to the well known UK hotel chain which guarantees you a good nights sleep! Each bedroom also has a flat screen T.V. and we can configure the beds to your individual requirements. 2 of the luxury bathrooms have baths/shower, 2 are wet-rooms.

At the heart of the villa is the fabulous decked pool (heating available) approached via the large paved sun terrace with space for the 8 available sun loungers. The terrace has a built in BBQ and alfresco dining area. There are gardens with lawn areas to the side and rear ideal for children to play. The pool looks stunning when lit at night and can be viewed from all the main living areas. The upstairs drinks terrace overlooks the pool and has magnificent views of the Monchique Mountains and distant views of the sea. It has a Moroccan style outdoor fire place and club lounge seating for 12 guests. During the day it is a lovely place to read and relax, maybe listen to music or just unwind and take in the lovely views. After dark It is the perfect place for a party. The villa is accessed through electronic gates and is fully alarmed, walled and fenced for your privacy and security. There is secure car parking for up to 4 cars.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephen (the owner) a message.

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
