CASA DE BELLA is a very comfortable, fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhome with views towards Simpson Bay and the Simpson Bay Lagoon... and it has a private pool! It is conveniently located in Simpson Bay and is an easy, short walk to a plethora of shopping, beaches (Kim Shaw is just 3 minutes away), casinos, bars and restaurants. There is a very nice new grocery 1/2 block away.

This spacious home has an "American style" open floor plan with modern kitchen including granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. It sleeps 6 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms. The 2 main bedrooms have a king and a queen bed and lead out to the pool. The 3rd bedroom has a set of twin beds, perfect for the kids! Casella comes fully furnished with all the comforts and amenities you'll need for a perfect vacation. A true "home away from home" feeling!

An elegant living room and dining room opens up to a veranda overlooking beautiful Simpson Bay, where you can relax and enjoy your favorite cocktail.

Additional amenities include air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in every room, washer/dryer, gas BBQ, satellite TV, DVD, phone and maid service 6 days.
