"Loved it, (but booking was a worry)"

I was in charge of planning my sisters hen weekend, a total of 14 girls in our 20's. I found this apartment and loved it. Booking was a bit of a worry as no landline number or office address and I m… More

"Excellent, affordable, perfect positioning in Paris"

10 of us fitted into the two apartments. It was great. Not spacious, not madly luxurious, but just great for our purpose. And the location is fantastic! Right next to the Louvre, and close to the … More

We try to provide an accommodation in one of best places of Paris, with affordable price, and good level of comfort (without luxury). This apartment can be rented in several configurations, usually as it is described in this add, but can also be extended in case of bigger groups or people who need more space and then can be really spacious. It is also very flexible from bedding point of view as some beds are single linkable (double beds which can be separated in single beds). However if many of you want to sleep separately it will be less spacious than if you use beds linked as double beds.

"Excellent Location, reasonably priced, unusual layout..."

I booked this accommodation for my family and in-laws - ten of us in all. We had three adjoining apartments and were told the total would sleep 14. I have to say the location is hard to beat. Five … More

As our apartment was booked, after agreement with us, this guest did rent the apartment of our Neighbors located on the same floor but opposite side of the building. So this comment is not really about our apartment advertised in this add. But as we sometimes propose our neighbors apartment to our guests, when the capacity of the group is too big or the ours is booked, i would like to clarify. So these 3 linkable apartments has the same location as ours ("hard to beat" as this guest comment) but they have a bit different shape and style, a bit unusual configuration with 2 rooms 2 lofts each. There are no proper living rooms but living areas. As there are 6rooms and 6 lofts globally you can use some of them as bedrooms some as living rooms. The second solution is to use lofts to sleep and rooms (under the loft) as living rooms. If you need a very cost effective solution of high capacity you will then use the space on the loft and in the main area (down the loft) as bedrooms. You will then have maximum capacity but less (or no) living space (just a place to sleep). All is a compromise between space and cost. In fact you will have to decide how you use the space by yourself and, as by the suggestion of this guest, we have a new website with many plans and pictures so we hope you will be better prepared to what you will find here. You do not need to rent all 6 rooms and 6 lofts as it is in fact composed of 3 independent but likable apartments. Globally the area is of 168m2 (above 1700Sf) so not to bad for un apartment facing the Louvre ( the North/Easet corner of the Louvre to be more precise). I hope this comment will help next guests.
