The Holiday Apartment for cat lovers is located in one of the best communities of the costa del sol, in a quiet area with just a 3 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, tenis court, bus and taxi station and exactly in the middel of the two popular towns Marbella and Fuengirola.

The Apartment belongs to a villa and has it's own private pool and garden to be shared by guests and owners.

The apartment has got a living room, small kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. There is space for 2 adults (no children).

The kitchen is equiped with a fridge, a coffee mashine, toaster, and a dining area. TV with english, german and spanish channels, computer desk, and bathroom products. You can do a barbecue on the garden, with a big dining table, chairs, parasol, etc. 2 sunbeds included!

With private entrance (completely private, no access to the rest of the house).

Small breakfast included (filled fridge, bread and coffee).

Free WiFi reception.

An IMPORTANT requirement is that you love animals, as many many cats are runnig free in this community and will visit you in the garden for sure.

They are part of an animal rescue association and need to be respected.

Dogs have no access to the guest Apartment.

Many of our future guests ask us if a car would be nessesary. This depends of the plans you have. If you want to visit places which are far away, of course we would recomend a car. But if you are planning a more relaxing holiday staying nearby, and if you don´t care to have a 5-10 minutes walk from the bus station, you will not need a car as everything you need is just a 5-10 minutes walk away and the bus brings you to the most important places to visit.

Why can't I call Carmen (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carmen (the owner) a message.

If Carmen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
