Discover the Gîtes de Pehillo, halfway between Bordeaux and Toulouse. This old farmhouse, renovated with its spacious south-facing swimming pool, is ideally situated in the middle of 17 hectares of wooded land, 5 minutes from Nérac (a town where conviviality reigns, bordering the Landes and the Gers). 3 independent stone gîtes with private terraces await you. Stay in one of the 2 gîtes for 6 people. The gîte du Pigeonnier or The Gîte de la Source. All comfort (classified 3 stars). Or the Gîte de la Sapinière for 4 people.

The gîte du Pigeonnier and Gîte de la Source, installed in the old stables, are located in the same old stone building as the other 6-person gîte (Gîte de La Source). They are adjoining but totally independent, they are not overlooked and each has its own private terrace.

The Pigeonnier and Source sleep each 6 in 90m2 and offer each a large living room with kitchen, lounge and TV (TNT channels) on the ground floor. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with king size beds and direct access to the garden or terrace, share a bathroom with bath and toilet.

Upstairs, another bedroom with king size bed has its own bathroom with shower and wc.

EQUIPMENT PER GITE : Washing machine, hoover, dishwasher, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, 3 drawer freezer, microwave, 4 burner ceramic hob with hood, toaster, kettle, classic filter coffee maker, crockery, 82cm flat screen TV, DVD player, towel dryer in the bathroom, fans in the bedrooms...

Outside, the gîte du pigeonnier and Gîte de La Source have each their own private terrace with garden furniture, a large parasol, two deckchairs and a charcoal bbq syle weber (charcoal not included) and are not overlooked.

The rest of the estate, 17ha of private and maintained forest with private walking paths, the ping-pong table, the large swimming pool are in shared use with the other occupants of the gîtes on the estate, in respect of each other.

Open from June to September, the swimming pool (not heated) is quite large (6m x 14m. Depth from 1.20m to 2.20m), with a diving board and a pool deck with plenty of sun loungers and parasols for everyone to enjoy. A deckchair is provided for each occupant of each gîte. Access is fenced for the safety of children, a pool alarm is in place, as well as an anti-fall shutter.

The water is checked and the pool deck cleaned weekly, the grounds are maintained and the grass cut regularly. We will give you advance notice of everyone's visits.

The Pehillo gîtes are completely self-contained and are run in a spirit of togetherness and friendliness. We look forward to welcoming you with friends or family!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Henry (the owner) a message.

If Henry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
