Come and experiment the genuine Algarve lifestyle! Cozy Home it's an apartment situated in a traditional house in Tavira downtown, and it is very near to the ferry boat (4 minutes walking distance) that take you to the Ilha de Tavira beach (it is Tavira's beach, it's a beatifull and big island).

It has two supermarkets (2- 4 minutes walking distance) and the Market (7 minutes walking distance), where you can by some fresh fish, fruit and vegetables. If you do not want to cook in holidays, and you prefer to have a lunch or dinner in restaurants, here you have a lot of choices nearby 4/ 8 minutes walking from the apartment!

Everything is nearby, so you do not need a car to explore Tavira (only need a car if you want to go out of Tavira). But if you want to rent it to see all municipality of Tavira, you can rent a car in Tavira, a bike or take a taxi (near the Cine Teatro) to see other places out of Tavira (like for exemple: Cabanas de Tavira or/and Santa Luzia).

Since you are in down town, you can see all the cultural lifestyle in Tavira by night. In the springtime & summer time, there are a lot of events all evenings, near the river Gilão, in “Jardim do Coreto” (7 minutes walking distance), or you can go to see some shows on live in some down town bars.

To come to Tavira you need to take a plane to Faro then the bus, a taxi or train to Tavira. Tavira are at 30 km, around 30 minutes distance from Faro.

This apartment is in a tradicional nice house, decorated with good taste and has all the comfort you need for a pleasant holidays. Has free wifi, more tgen 100 tv chanels, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and livingroom. One bedroom is a suite, and the other has 2 singles beds and a toilet nearby.

In this apartment you have an interior terrace with plants, one table, two chairs and an umbrella to use in sunny days.

Tavira is a lovely city, and provides you entertainment in summer nights. But here, you can rest like an angel, because the only “noise” you could hear in the bedrooms, is the birds singing in the morning :-)

Check in is from 15:00 till 20:00. After 21:00 till 24:00 has an extra fee: 20 euros and after 24:00 till 02:00 has an extra fee: 50 euros. Check out till 11:00. If you are 1 or 2 persons, the only bed/bedroom available and prepared will be the suite. If you want 2 beds/bedrooms, has an extra fee: 20€. Note that sometimes I can´t be present on the check in day (but my mother will welcome you and give you the apartment keys). However, I will provide all the informations you will need before and while you are in my apartment. And if you need some extra help, let me know by send me one email or call me (I will provide my phone number after you do your reservation). We will be in touch!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susana (the owner) a message.

If Susana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
