This luxury private pool villa is set in a quiet, secluded development of boutique villas located on the much coveted Soi Naya in Naiharn / Rawai, at the southern tip of Phuket island.

The beautiful Nai Harn beach is only a 2 minute drive from the villa. A full range of shops, restaurants and other facilities are nearby including 7-Eleven, Family mart, Thai and Italian restaurants, French and German bakeries, cafes, supermarkets including Tesco Lotus and Tops, Thai massage and sauna, Thai kick-boxing gyms, etc. The villa is also within ten minutes driving distance to attractions including Promthep Cape, Kata and Kata Noi beaches, Chalong pier, Chalong temple, Big Buddha.

The three bedroom villa is approximately 500 sq meters in total size, L shaped and wraps around a large private pool measuring 9m by 4m (using a salt chlorinator system), with access from all living and bedrooms onto the terraces and private pool.

The villa interior is modern, clean and elegant, and beautifully furnished.

Every room has a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning, with inverter air conditioners in the living room and kitchen.

In addition, most rooms have windows on at least two sides, keeping the villa well ventilated and relatively cool. The doors and windows are fitted with mosquito screens. All lights, including the swimming pool lights, are LED.

The large open plan living / dining room features a vaulted ceiling, windows on 3 sides and view of the garden and pool. The living room has a 42 inch LED TV with cable TV channels and DVD player while the dining area seats six.

The villa has a full western kitchen including oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

The villa has a private covered car port secured with a remote controlled gate.

There are two spacious bathrooms with large shower areas.

All modcons. including air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, DVD, Bluetooth music player, TV, washing machine and safety deposit box.

Twice weekly maid, gardening, and pool service is included, as is 3BB high speed Wi-Fi.

Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit.

Smoking is permitted outside.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eve (the owner) a message.

If Eve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
