Quaint and cozy apartment of approx. 130 m2 split-level, completely renovated, with a separate entrance on the ground floor by the door.

The apartment is divided in more rustic and original spaces for the presence of exposed stone walls and ceilings tiles and rafters.

Themselves and then inside it, in addition to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen and dishwasher, dining room, large lounge area with sofa bed and desk, fireplace, TV area with sofa Chester and a large garden of approx. 160 m2 from which dominates the whole valley.

The double rooms offer the convenience of King-size beds, two bathrooms complete with all accessories include: the first a large shower with Chromotherapy and multifunction jets and the second a new shower with dorsal jets.

Particular attention in the choice of furnishings and accessories, they offer an unforgettable stay for a relaxing and good food.

The main feature is the magnificent view from the top of the Hill of Montefollonico to Crete Senesi, Lake Trasimento and across the Val di Chiana.

    Sorry various problems. We tried to fulfill your requests, but apparently the efforts were not enough. I'm sorry. As it indicated as the type of building some services (wi-fi) so far were not manageable. I hope there is a second chance for you to see all the qualities of our structure. Thanks anyway for the tips that we have already taken much into account.

    How do damage deposits work?
