In Bellagio, Lake Como,Italy, in Regatola ancient hamlet , at 3 minutes car from downtown and 5 minutes walking distance from lake, we rent an apartment of living, kitchen, one double bedroom, bathroom with shower , small terrace. Details: total 50 sqm, living with Sat TV, two sofas, small kitchen , bedroom with king size bed and old furniture, bathroom with shower size 72x72 cm, hair dryer and washingmachine(your own use).
Our Home is ancient totally refurbished , located among other ancient houses that together forms an hamlet, the oldest in Bellagio, probably dating back the Roman age.
We think is it suitable to people keen in antique things, also typical of one place.
A Supermarket is 20 steps far from the apartment.
Parking is just outside the hamlet, along the main road Via Valassina or just a bit away(100 steps from the apartment); it is of course free.
Our Home is front the Country Villa where Alessandro Volta (Volta's pile Inventor) and G.Parini (Italian famous writer of the surroundings) stayed for a certain period of their life. Such information is useful for our esteemed Guests in case of difficulty in finding us.
Anyway, the best way to trace us; when you reach Regatola Hamlet, we suggest you to park along the Via Valassina side, and walk to the apartment; better not to drive along the Via Alessandro Volta, but walk through it.
For a reasonable Holiday, in a typical House and wide and comfortable flat.
