Welcome to the most southern part of the Netherlands and welcome in our lovely holiday house Rosalie. Situated in an authentic historical and monumental setting the house offers all the rest and privacy you want at only a few minutes by car outside Maastricht. Use this comfortable place to discover nearby Belgium and Germany as well. Liège is 15 minutes away, Aachen 20.

Those of you that enjoy cycling, we are in the middle of the Amstel Gold Race parlours. Beautiful nature wonderful for hiking as well. Enjoy our spacious bedrooms a lovely living and fully equipped kitchen. Our village offers nice restaurants and shops.

We are sorry but we cannot allow pets and the house is strictly for non smokers. We don't mind if you smoke outside, of course.

Rosalie is recently completely renovated and offers you a very comfortable stay with the atmosphere of the historical setting it is part of. The house has a large living with fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, each with its own shower, toilet and washbasin. On the ground floor you'll find an extra separate toilet.

On the first floor 2 double bedrooms, one with 2 extra large boxspring beds. On the second floor a large bedroom with 2 extra large boxspring beds. This room offers the possibility to add 2 more large single beds. This room has a closed bathroom. So Rosalie sleeps 8.

Enjoy sitting in the closed courtyard (de cour) typical for this kind of historical buildings in the province of Limburg. Originally an important farm, now a wonderful setting for our house, our offices - situated in what once was a bar and restaurant - and two holiday houses.

Groups up to 20 people can combine Rosalie with our other house Anna.

At Anna’s you stay in a new house with old charmes. The house is completely renovated and has a fully equipped spacious kitchen, a very large living, 4 bedrooms, each with shower, toilet, washbasin and 2 extra separate toilets.

For larger groups we recommend as an option to rent our very nice bar where you can meet and dine all together.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Wiet & Carola (the owner) a message.

    If Wiet & Carola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
