From the owner

Yew Tree Barn was tastefully converted in 2013, and is elegantly furnished and styled to provide a luxurious home from home. Nestled on the Welsh border in the village of Garway, in a peaceful rural location adjacent to a 23 acre common, 8 miles from Ross on Wye and 13 miles from Hereford yet within an hour's journey of Cardiff and Bristol, and around 3 hours from London. Ideally situated for exploring the Wye Valley, Welsh Marches and Forest of Dean. Architect designed to maximise living space, the three bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a completely open plan kitchen-dining-living space upstairs. Exceptionally large windows in almost all areas allow a light and spacious environment that is rarely found in barn conversions. It sleeps up to 6, with two double rooms with 5ft beds and a double/twin room. Situated on a working dairy farm, with fantastic countryside views.
