Rent a mazet, typical house in the Languedoc Roussillon region located in the Hauts de Nîmes 3 km from the city center, privileged location, quiet without vis-à-vis with enclosed garden terraces and cicadas guaranteed in summer. Number of rooms: 6 (2 bedrooms upstairs: double bed, mezzanine bedroom with double bed, 1 ground floor bedroom 1 double bed, 1 TV lounge, 1 large room with veranda, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 1 bathroom with tub and shower, 1 WC) Area: 90 m2. Capacity: 5 people maximum. Garden of 900 m2 including terrace and solarium. Sleeps: 3 beds 2 persons Linen can be provided (10 euros per person). Equipment: fridge, combined oven microwave, hob 2 burners, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, kitchen utensils ... Garden equipment: table and chairs, umbrella and plancha. Swimming pool. You have come in 2016, come back in 2017 and you want to come back in 2018 !!!! - We hesitated a lot to accept you this year, why? House made dirty at the end of 2016, insufficient hot water (2 cumulus 300 + 200L !!) obligation to heat the water permanently, Clim with 16 ° with open windows, sofa of the corner broken living room etc ..... Despite everything, we have received you this year ............ Results - Sewerage network blocked after a week of presence ......... the specialist who came on August 15 was categorical cause = toilet paper + wipes, although it is well specified in French and English In the 2 toilets that the paper must be put in the plastic bags provided and put in the trash provided for this purpose !!!!! Since when the leaves of trees fall in the WC !!! For the remainder climes at 17 ° in the large room with windows open at our arrival, final cleanliness idem, full bins without bag, uncleaned plancha, broken alarm hidden in a drawer etc ........... ... We asked you to participate in half the costs of the intervention of August 15th ie 100 € and that is what triggered your aggressiveness and your lies. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Magali (the owner) a message.

If Magali (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
